By submitting a business listing on KunbiPariwar.com (“Website”, “we”, “us”), you (“Listing Provider”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not submit or maintain a listing on the Website.
2) Eligibility & Use Restrictions
- Listings must be accurate, truthful, and relevant to matrimonial or allied community services (e.g., venues, caterers, photographers, event services, education, coaching, etc.).
- Misleading, duplicate, unrelated, or inappropriate listings are prohibited.
- You must have authority to represent the business and to submit the information you provide.
3) Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the content you submit.
- By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your listing in connection with the Website and its promotion.
- You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and privacy rights.
4) Moderation, Approval & Removal
- All listings are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
- We may edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, appears inaccurate, or is otherwise inappropriate.
- We may request verification documents (e.g., licenses, IDs) to validate authenticity.
5) Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Fees (if any) for premium/featured placements will be shown during submission or upgrade.
- Listings may go live only after successful payment confirmation.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6) Privacy & Data Handling
- Personal data collected during listing submission is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- Business contact details and other submitted data may be publicly visible on the Website.
7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Listings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to listings or their use.
8) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listing, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
9) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Maharashtra. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra for any dispute arising out of these Terms or your listing.
10) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use or maintenance of your listing after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
